Reading Assessment: Complete the test in the additional resources. You will have 50 minutes. The answers will be contained at the end to mark your work. Please send me your result.

Writing Assessment (No Teams):

Today you will be completing your writing assessment for the term.

Gather vocabulary to describe the setting, characters, movements etc.

You will be writing a third person narrative, detailing the experiences of the characters. Make sure there is plenty of description of the character and setting. 

 

You will be expected to include a range of sentence types and features we have learned in class e.g. blending action, description and dialogue, passive voice and manipulating sentence structure. I have attached a power point of sentence types should you wish to use some for effect.

 

You will be expected to produce a first draft then edit and improve it. I would then expect to see the final version, neatly presented and emailed to myself (either typed or picture)
