What we will be learning:

A non-European society that provides contrasts with British history – one study chosen from: early Islamic civilization, including a study of Baghdad c. AD 900; 

Here, the children will explore the similarites and differences between civilisations; explore the developments of academic knowledge through the House of Wisdom; identify the impact of the society in the present and consider the follies of mankind in cultural, polictial and economic means.
