Extended Services Information

ABOUT OUR BREAKFAST CLUB

Breakfast Club is run under the umbrella of the Governing Body and follows the policies and procedures of the school. The Club is open during term time Monday - Friday from 7:30am until 8:50am with fixed priced sessions. Children can engage in activities of their choice, with a mixture of adult and child led activities. Children are listened to and valued within the Club which enables them to enjoy the session, feel safe and secure. We work in partnership with parents taking into account their needs, we have a suggestion box which is there for parents to add suggestions and comments and children will be involved in group planning sessions where they are able to put forward their suggestions and interests. At 8:30am each morning children will take part in some light exercise to get them set for the day.

Opening Times

Breakfast Club runs from 7:30am to 8:50am during term time.

 

Our Breakfast Club Service

  • We will greet and sign your child into the Breakfast Club.
  • We will provide breakfast and drinks will be readily available.
  • We will encourage your child to be involved in the planning of activities.
  • You will be welcome at all times to discuss our work.
  • We will be consistent and reliable to enable you to have peace of mind.

 

Food and Drink

Breakfast Club will provide breakfast and drinks between 7:45am and 8:30am.

ABOUT OUR AFTER SCHOOL CLUB

After School Club is run by the school and follows the policies and procedures. The Club is open during term time Monday - Friday from 3:15pm until 5:45pm with fixed priced sessions. The ratio of staff will always be a minimum of 1:15 (1:8 for children under 5). Children can engage in activities of their choice, with a mixture of adult and child led activities. Children are listened to and valued within the Club which enables them to enjoy the session, feel safe and secure. We work in partnership with parents taking into account their needs, we are very approachable and parents are more than welcome to speak to after school club staff with any queries. Children will be involved in group planning sessions where they are able to put forward their suggestions and interests.

Opening Times

After School Club runs from 3:15pm to 5:45pm during term time.

 

After School Club Service

  • A bell will ring at 3:10pm and all children who are booked into after school club will be escorted to the hall for registration.
  • You are welcome to collect your child at 3:15pm if you do not wish them to attend the club however, they MUST be collected from after school club for safeguarding reasons. Also, if you are contracted a charge will still be made for non-attendance.
  • We will provide an opportunity for the children to settle in and to discuss their day’s events.
  • We will provide a light snack, and drinks will be readily available.
  • We will encourage your child to be involved in the planning of activities.
  • We will provide a wide range of materials to encompass a broad curriculum.
  • We can supervise and support optional homework commitments.
  • You will be welcome at all times to discuss our work, and to share your child’s achievements and progress.
  • We will be consistent and reliable to enable you to have peace of mind

 

Food and Drink

After School Club will provide a healthy snack and drink between 3:30 and 4:00pm. Please refer to Menu.
