What should I do if I have a concern or complaint about the provision for my child?

Any complaints should be made directly to the Head Teacher or one the Assistant Head Teachers in her absence. This can be made in person, by telephone or in writing. All complaints will be considered and we try our best to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. A detailed copy of the complaints procedure is available from the school office or on our website.

SEND resources

Some children benefit from wearing ear defenders in school. If you would like to purchase some we ask that these are one plain colour. An example is shown in the link below:

Ear defenders

Other sensory products which we accept in school are:

Disc chew (We ask that parents take these home each night to be cleaned or sterilised)

Tuff Disc Chew  (We ask that parents take these home each night to be cleaned or sterilised)

Wobble Cushion

We try to provide sensory resources for a child who has these reasonable adjustment outlined in a medical or assessment report. However if you feel your child would benefit from these we ask that you only purchase the products recommended as we will not allow unauthorised fidgets or accessories in school.
